Taking its lead from the Museum für Kunst und Gewerbe (Arts and Crafts Museum) in Hamburg, the Kunstgewerbemuseum of Staatliche Museen zu Berlin is now also being converted into an artistic-scientific testing ground. In this experimental environment, novel theoretical and practical models for the future of our food will be devised and discussed.
